Beta_0.2 updated features:

- fixed a bug (when you release the break button the breaking animation doesn't reset)
- added the tower in the center
- changed world size from 50 tiles to 51 tiles
- added description for the .exe file
- fixed a bug where the game would constantly turn on without shutdown
